Possible are global digital advertising agency. They were looking to improve their hiring process and keep it GDPR compliant.  With roles across UX, Creative, Client Services, Project Management, & tech, Possible had broad and high-volume requirements within a relatively unstructured recruitment pipeline.

Our Approach

We put HR technology and an ATS in place to help prevent hiring managers and talent teams sending CVs through email and using spreadsheets to store information — a big risk for data security. We also stopped using third party agencies and ensured Possible were using a direct hiring model. This meant we built out their design, UX client service, and delivery teams all the while saving them 70% on spending costs, compared to ‘pay on success’ recruitment.
