Spryker were gearing up for hyper growth and were planning on doubling in headcount in 2022. We partnered with them for 10 months and we spoke with Lana Meilinger, Global director of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding about our partnership.

🚨 THE CHALLENGE

Spryker were gearing up for hyper growth, and were planning on doubling in headcount from 450. Their team of 4 Senior Talent Acquisition Managers were at capacity and they were looking to develop their internal  function with specialised sourcing and coordination teams. They needed an embedded partner to help them scale while they built their new structure behind them.  Spryker were looking for a partner that strives for the same excellence and hiring quality that they do.
