Gravity Global are a B2B marketing agency, based in Moorgate. They are a full-service marketing communications agency and approached us with a variety of needs to hire into their award-winning team.
Our Approach
They came to us with an urgent need to build client services, design and technology teams, and also implement a standardised hiring process. All this had come to the fore off the back of a couple of large pitch wins.
There was no hiring function in place, so our first step was to implement an ATS. From this we built up a pool of both freelance and permanent candidates which could be utilised over the coming year, adding to their multi-disciplined and dedicated team.
Over the course of a year we had placed over 18 permanent hires as well as 10 freelancers. In the process, we saved Gravity Global £80,000 in fees.
