Anorak

Anorak are an independent life insurance scale-up. They came to us looking to place some open positions on their team ranging from Tech, UX & Project Management.

The Client

Having struggled with pay on success recruiters previously, particularly with creative roles, Anorak had been trying and failing to find an innovative copywriter and designer. Both of these positions had been open for nine months when we came on board.

Our Approach

In order to formulate what Anorak needed across their different roles, we started by running requirement gathering sessions. From this, we were able to help them craft the right tone of voice for candidate outbound messaging, and attract some worthwhile applications.

To keep on top of things, we implemented an applicant tracking system, reporting weekly across key recruiting metrics to optimise search and acquire the key disciplines they were looking for.
